It's not a setup file. It's a replacement executable to be copied over your
currently installed topspeed.exe file.

I was just wondering, what the new setup file you had posted to twitter
was for? I downloaded it, and when I clicked on it, all kinds of weird
sounds started playing. Then, the computer started racing each other, and
I had to keep pressing escape to get out of it. Am I missing something?
