There is that as well. Constantly hounding the list isn't a good way to get
what you want either. That might get you into trouble with the mods even if
you weren't discussing piracy.

I'm not the list moderator but I have a feeling that if you keep posting
these kinds of things to the list you'll be moderated or banned. If a game
hasn't officially been declared abandonware by the developer, regardless
of
whether or not the game appears to still be in development, it's probably
not a good idea to ask for it on list. Unless a game is officially
declared
abandonware by its developer it's probably considered piracy to ask for it
as you have been.
