HI all, This is a quick moderator reminder that many of your posts have been going over the 10 KB limit per message. Just this morning I rejected around 8 or 9 posts all because they were way over the 10 KB limit. This is not unusual of late. It seams every day for the last month there has been one or two messages that get rejected on size alone. Now, with 8 or 9 in one day that meant I had to say something. Which is simply this.
Whenever you respond to a post only respond to the message you are replying too. Any text below the message you are replying too should be deleted. The other way of cutting down message length/size is to quote a particular line or section you intend to respond too. If you don't follow these time honored list guidelines chances are you will write a message only to have it rejected in the end. So Llet's do everyone a favor and please remember to trim messages down to a reasonable size rather than simply replying to post after post without ever removing old text from the bottom.
