Hi, I am making an inquiry on behalf of a friend.
He is using window eyes 7.2 on an windows 7 64 bit system. . Unfortunately he has to unload window eyes and run NVDA in order to play in the playroom. Window eyes seems to crash just after entering the playroom. This usually requires a reboot in order to get it working. Plus, after leaving the playroom, he unloads NVDA to go back into window eyes, but it won't restart. NVDA says window eyes is running, but there is no speech. This too requires a reboot to fix the problem. anyone got any suggestions for why this might be happening? Thanks in advance.
