Hi Lenron, To my knoledge the latest MK game is only for the game consoles like Play Station III, XBox 360, etc. I haven't heard of a PC version. As for it working with Jaws its a mainstream console game so it doesn't work with Jaws or any screen reader. You have to memorize the placement of items in the menus in order to play it.
