Greetings Gamers! Wondering for any that have created a vehicle for Top Speed 3 if you could give me any tips on creating one. I have the sounds recorded in the proper format but cannot figure out how to modify an existing
vehicle file or how to create a .vhc file, which seems to be the only other file in the vehicles folder. I have read the manual but still don't get it. Thanks for any and all suggestions. Take Care!
