Did you put the landing gear down? You didn't mention it but that's another
thing that needs doing.
I've also found that altering the vertical heading needs to be done pretty
quickly.

Hi,
I'm trying the demo version of Zero Sight, and so far like the sounds.
However, I can't seem to get the plane to take off. After getting
authorization from the Control Tower by first pressing F3 then F1, I press
F to open the flaps, B to release the Ground Brakes, and the Page Up and
Page Down keys to turn on the engines. Next, I get the speed to 46 with
the Plus key on the numeric keypad, and the vertical heading to 38 using
the Down arrow key. After that, the plane just sits there, at least from
what I hear. If I wait at least three or more minutes, I end up crashing.
Am I missing a step in getting the plane to go up?
