Hi Charles, No, they don't fire torpedoes, but that doesn't rule out creating mock submarine battles and things like that. You have to use your imagination here to a certain point, but you can certainly maneuver these rc submarines around like a real submarine, pull up to the stern of a radio controlled destroyer and pretend you just chucked one up his tail. For obvious reasons you wouldn't want these mock battles to be too realistic or you'd be blowing up all your toys and have to drop $60 every time you wanted to replace one. :D
