Muds are platform agnostic; it does not make sense to say that there are no accessible muds for the mac. That said, there are very few mudding clients for the mac platform, so finding a client that is accessible may be tough. MushZ for example, does not have a mac version.
The two mac clients that I know our players use are: Savitar: http://www.heynow.com/Savitar/ Mudwalker: http://mudwalker.cubik.org/ There's also a huge list of mac mudding clients available at: http://www.hsoi.net/mud/clients/ There's no mention of accessibility, but I would be surprised if fewer than half were usable.
