One of the features I've been considering for a while for STFC is adding voice control through Microsoft Recognition. Once you trained the MS Recognition engine you would be able to issue real time voice commands to the ship like fire photon torpedoes,fire fasers, warp 8, etc. However, I don't know of any accessible PC games that have this functionality currently.
