Hi Charles, That's pretty much my feelings in a nutshell as well. It would be different if they sent out a news letter saying what was happening with their future titles, or if they gave us a message that they can not continue for reason x. However, remaining silent, not answering their e-mails, not providing answers to support questions, and so on doesn't leave us to think much about their customer service.
