Because for me tey're a very fun and desireable part of the game that I
happen to really enjoy, which contributes hugely to the atmosphere of the
Alteraeon world.

these are areas like the viking village in Arcase and Gad's landing that
have both music and ambience. I've tried reinstalling mud, and tried on
two different machines, but neither seems to work, though battle music
still seems okay.
I don't know why, but I'm really! missing getting music and ambience in
the game, sinse they always changed the experience for me, and I'd love
to get them back.
I'd deffinately appreciate any suggestions, or if this is a bug, for it
to be fixed.
