Hi Michael, I was the one who uploaded it. Its a soundpack I created some years ago for Trek 2000, but its certainly better than the default sounds. You can find it at http://www.usagamesinteractive.com/downloads/gma-games/Treck-Soundpack.zip and just unzip the wav files and copy and replace them over the default GMA sounds.
