Greetings Gamers! I decided to give Chillingham a run since its been years
since i played it, and I am kinda stuck.

Alert. Just in case.
I know I need to fill the balloons with water to throw at the witch but I
cannot recall how to get past the vampire on the road to the swamp, which I
think is where I need to go to fill the balloons. But This is where I can not
recall how to get past.
