Never open it from the site. Download it to your PC, and run it from there.
Opening stuff from a site like that is just asking to get infected with a
virus.
When downloading, tab through the fields. One of them is "save to", and you
can use this to see where the file will be saved. If it isn't where you
want to save it, up or down arrow to find where you want to save it, then
hit enter. Then hit enter on the "save" button. HTH.
