The changes to the game are in the patch file, not on the page, so download the game and run the patch to have the latest one. while Sarah is a fantastic game, I will say that the audio first person navigation it requires, along with the large amount of sounds do make it one of the more complex games to play, and if your not as familiar with computer games generally you might considder trying something simpler and first person such as shades of doom, gma tank commander (both of which have demos), or terraformers (which is actually free now). This isn't to say don't try sarah, the game is great, and the navaids are more than up to the task, only that you possibly might want to approach the game with caution so as to get the most out of it, if it's not one of a style you've experienced before.
