No you can't. Games for iOS devices are written in Object C which is specific to Mac OS and iOS, and obviously was designed for a completely different platform. There are no emulators out there for iOS or Mac OS software, and running either one of those in a virtual machine on a PC is in violation of the end user license agreement. So PC users aren't able to get access to software developed for Apple devices and so on.
