Hi, Unless the situation has changed recently, last I knew it couldn't be done with VoiceOver. The developers have gotten back to several people and promised a fix is in the works though, so sit tight. There's a thread on AppleVis about it if memory serves, but with the app installed you'll get a notification when it's updated anyway.
