As far as the license agreement goes unless someone changed the installer you did get the end user license. When you run the Realspeak setup on the second screen you get a license agreement to accept or not. You have to accept it to continue. If you didn't get this screen then you must have a modified installer. If you checked the "I Agree" checkbox to continue then you legally agreed to be bound by the license.
