Hi Dark, How about Firefox 13? Firefox 10 is rather old and perhaps trying a newer version will work better. I understand your experience was a bad one, but it certainly isn't useless as I'm using it on two different operating systems without experiencing those issues. So it sounds to me to be a local issue of some kind.
