Hmmm, interesting move on the developer's part though. I'll definitely have to try it, but I'm pretty sure that bashing out tunes without the specific controllers won't yield the same amount of fun here. I know, it's only a differently shaped piece of plastic, but the controller is totally linked to it being "playing music" as opposed to "button mashing" in my tiny mind.
