Yeah, but I'm using MSE on both machines, with one machine telling me that the site is forbidden, the other machine letting me access it. Oh well, one of those mysteries.

My guess might be your anti virus program. I know that some anti virus programs do not like the DelUserLex file that I have on my site. I know that it is not a virus though. That is just a guess though.
