Although, you aren't the only one to get this error. I've had two or three other complaints like yours, but yet when I've tried it everything worked fine. A few others like myself had no problem. If you aren't able to get it to work with your cab file write me off list and I'll give you my copy via Dropbox or Sendspace which I know works.
