Hi,
I've been playing Smugglers 5 for a couple days now, and so far am enjoying
the game. I'm considering purchasing the full version, but have some more
questions:
1. Is there a way you can travel to other locations if they currently don't
appear on the screen? At the moment, I'm in the New France area, and only
see locations like Paris, the sun, the wormhole to New Germany, etc.
However, I read a log entry (the area at the top of the screen) saying that
something I need is available in New England, but I can't seem to get there.
I can find the location on the map screen, but only see options for
displaying prices of items, or getting information about the location.
2. In the full version, will the game remember if you have the Blind
Compatibility mode turned on? In the demo, I have to keep turning it on
every time I start the program.
3. In the game's description, I read you can do things like become a pirate
or rule an empire. How exactly would you go about doing that? (Currently,
I'm playing as a bounty hunter as per the tutorial's instructions.)
4. I'm trying to remember where you buy additional abilities, such as to
avoid EMP fire during a battle. Does anyone know where you do this?
5. Finally, when purchasing the game, is it worth going for the bundle where
you can get the other games in the series, or is one good enough? I haven't
played any of the other versions of Smugglers, so I don't know how
accessible they would be compared to 5.
