Willson bridge is better in my opinion. It's got more zombies,
and it's often more crowded, but there's less stealth involved
and the zombies don't ambush you. If you like buildings, and can
deal with undead litterally appearing right behind you, then the
hospital is fine. If you'd prefer the more traditional maps wait
for level 20 and use sub2.
