Hi dark, there's no demo available, you must purchase the game to try it. It works well with vo, it just takes getting used to. I particularly find the game very hard to play because there are many things that you should remember, so much info, for example sacrificing to x god will give you certain benefits, some years are better to harvest, to attack other clans, etc. also there's the map which is a bit confusing for me, but if you like explorations, RPGs and storytelling get it, I know you will like it.
