Clipboard means that the text gets automatically copied to your clipboard as
you scroll to it. but to use that option, you need a clipboard monitor like
clipreader which transmits the text through to your screenreader because
it's in the clipboard. clipreader basically takes any text you have in the
clipboard and reads it out loud. But if you don't want it to be read as
gibberish and nonsense symbols you still need a proper japanese tts.

there is a clipboard option in the screen reader selection in the game
option screen, but whenever i select it, it unselects my screen reader
and i need to reselect sapi 5.
