The enemies the copter spawns are little demons. They can be killed
normally, though they tend to take a lot of hits, or they can fall or be
pushed into the pits. As for the missiles, they can be jumped just like
every other projectile in the game. You'll hear 3 beeps, and then a sequence
of two short beeps just before he fires. If you're in close you can jump
after the short beeps, if you're farther away you can jump when you hear the
missile coming at you.
As for the item finder, press control I when you're in a stage to turn it
on. You have to toggle it every time you load up a new stage.

I've posted this on the forum, but I figure I'll ask it here, too.
In 15-4, how do you get rid of the copter, and stop him from dropping off
his passengers (aren't they children, they sound a lot like them) and his
bombs, plus the holes in the ground. The kids will fall in the holes, but
the bombs get me every time.
Another question was how on earth do you operate the item detector. I
bought it, but it won't pick things up for me.
