Hi Lindsay, Cyberassault is easy to pick up, make sure you talk to mobs and read a lot in the starting zone, and ask questions on gossip or newbie channel. My tip would be to put more points toward con and int during character creation, and don't pick the "crazy" class for the first time- that class' hard for new players. Mercenary class is probably the easiest for beginner.
