I'm not sure about learning online, but I'm sure that puzzles can be found
that you could load into a program that is blind friendly, such as the one I
use, and then worked. As for learning, you can purchase the book that I
have gotten from
www.nbp.org
entitled "sudoku; easy to hard presented by Will Shortz volume 3"
It's not very expensive. I think I paid about $7 for the 2-volume softcover
braille edition.

that contains 100 Sudoku puzzles. It comes with a guide on how to get
started solving these fascinating puzzles, and will be using the program
