You can also just close your browser without actually quitting the game.
Then the next time you log back into the game you'll still be in the quest

you have to stop, is there a way to save your current position or do you either
have to start the quest over again later, or do you have to make your way back
to a safe area before you can save your game? Either way would stink
especially if you are deep within a quest.
