Hi Lori, Well, I usually strafe the snipers with the machine gun. I just go in there and hold down the space bar as I turn. That will kill several of the troops at one go. I've also just blanketed the woods with shell attacks if I have the ammo which has a better than average chance of killing most of the creeps in the woods before I get that far. :D
