This sounds like a game in which there are little puzzles to figure out
based on what you find in the user's guide or help screen. It could be fun.

As it said in the tutorial, you shake the Iphone when you are attacked by
an animal zombi, ie, when you hear a zombi dog savage you, (though if your
quick enough with the gun you might be able to shoot it first).
All you need to do with the girl is not shoot her and she kisses you and
restores your health.
