Hi
I am trying to get swamp to work with my computer running a 32
bit version of windows 7. When I attempted to run the game it
gave me that error message saying that one of mswinscks
dependencies were mssing and stuff. So, I copied that file to
the c\windows\system32 folder.Now, I don't know if this is
correct, but I hit the windows key with r and typed in cmd. The
read me file said to run it as an administrator but I didn't know
how because I didn't know where the command prompt icon was.
Anyway I typed in the 5 commands that were in the read me file
and it gave me an error saying that the module was loaded but
there was something about it failing to bring up a dll call
server or something. Then I thought maybe I should try msinet
just to see what would happen and low and behold it succceeded.
Then I tried mswinsck again and it failed again. Also, I think I
have direct x 8. Is that compatible with swamp or do I have to
specifically have direct x 7
