Hi Michael.
I completed the game on IS in the end and haven't played through the game
using the new update, however, however you need to keep examining the corpse
and once you've completed your examination, you should be able to proceed to
the square. If you cant go to the village square then examine the body
again and make sure you've observed everything.

Is anyone else having trouble getting pass the dead body?
