Actually there is an iPhone emulator.
I found one a few months ago for the PC.
The only problem that someone may have is getting it started.
You will need sighted help to get voice over on, but when you turn on the voice over you should be good from there.
Then you just work the emulator like you would a iPhone.
When you exit the emulator and go back in it later you will be able to work it yourself because you have voice over on. I am not sure where I had found it but if you just google it you should find it.
If I find it again I will post a URL to where I found it.
