specified in command line

Subj. Hangs on early kernel booting stages (2.6.18 - starts to load image,
2.6.30 - just hangs) Seen every time with any kernel, when system boots
when kernel isn't specified - all is OK, but system also hangs after VM
reboot.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install CentOS & Ganeti
2. Create VM with debootstrap template, specify system kernel and enable
serial TTY and VNC
3. Run VM
