I'm going to mark this as obsolete, for a few reasons:
- I haven't seen any other complaints about this, so probably it's not an
often-encountered issue
- instance-debootstrap is just of the images, and thus it's expected that
people read the documentation for the instance OS that they use
- some instance OSes are packaged, so this issued is not met at all
Feel free to reopen and/or send patches if wanted.
