Indeed, such topics are suited a bit better to the user ML, but it's not a
big problem here either.
Looking at the dmesg outputs, node2 is behaving correctly (as SyncTarget),
the problem is with node1:

Could it be that somehow DRBD and bcache don't interact correctly?
At this point, I would try to reproduce this problem without Ganeti (i.e.
manually configured DRBDs), and if it still happens, forward it to the DRBD
users mailing list.
Note that the way Ganeti configures DRBD, /etc/drbd* are not used.
