New issue 462 by [email protected]: recreate-disks should release node
locks before wiping

LUInstanceRecreateDisks.Exec() currently holds all the locks while wiping
the disks. It should be possible to release at least the node locks, as
it's done when creating a new instance. Keeping the instance locked should
be enough to prevent bad behaviors, but I haven't carefully looked into it.
A TODO comment is present in the code, and should be updated before closing
this issue.
