When xl protests that xl destroy should be used, ganeti just bails out,
instead of using it. we should detect the situation and do destroy.
# gnt-instance remove <instance>
This will remove the volumes of the instance <instance> (including
mirrors), thus removing all the
data of the instance. Continue?

Could not shutdown instance <instance> on node <node>: Failed to stop
instance <instance>: Failed to stop instance <instance>: exited with exit
