The configuration is in  /var/lib/ganeti/config.data

Although it is in plain text, we advise you to change it only if you know
what you are doing. If you happen to end up with a broken configuration
just by using gnt-* commands, it wouid be interesting to know what exactly
you did, because it might be a bug that let to a broken configuration being
created.

Given that, we cannot answer how to fix it, since it depends on what you
actually did.
