New issue 555 by [email protected]: move-instance requires either nodes
or iallocator

If the destination cluster has a default iallocator specifying a iallocator
or primary/secondary nodes should not be necessary. Right now it says:
move-instance: error: Destination node and iallocator options exclude each
other
Which of course is an error, as neither was specified.
