[Feature request]
I would like to be able to put a ganeti cluster onto an existing network,
and give it a range of IPs which it is free to allocate from - let's
say .100 to .150 within a /24.
At the moment, it looks like the only way to achieve this with gnt-network
is to give a long list of reserved-IPs, enumerating all those outside of
the range (in this case .1 to .99 and .151 to .254 inclusive).
Proposal: allow gnt-network to take a start and end IP address, in addition
to the network CIDR block.
