New issue 704 by [email protected]: Delete orphan LV entries if the LVs
are replicated and considered in good state on n other nodes.

Currently gnt-cluster verify complains about orphans. There should be a way
to get them autodeleted, esp. if an up to date copy of the same volume is
known to exist on other nodes.
