luxid should also in 2.12 be able to answer lock
queries correctly. This will require luxid to talk
to wconfd once the locks are handled by this daemon.
At least the knowledge of which locks are taken is
critical, as the watcher uses that information.
Also note that queries can also ask for the processes
pending on locks, to be must have a decision on how we
handle pending lock requests first.
