This was my configuration problem.
xend-relocation-hosts-allow was the main network, but the transfer goes
over the secondary network. Once I changed xend-relocation-hosts-allow to
the secondary network everything works as it is supposed to.
Sorry for posting a bug about this, but it looked alot like 812 where there
were syntax errors with ganeti talking to lower level tools.
