--node_group doesn't fully respect node groups

I believe that this is actually working as intended. 'gnt-cluster verify
--node-group' checks the functionality of the node group and the
connectivity to other node groups is part of that functionality. However, I
see the reason why one wants to have this and assign the bug. We'll discuss
whether the change the semantics of this parameter or add an additional one.
(Assigning it to 2.10. Note that this might get rescheduled as it is as
2.10 is already too stable.)
