KVM migration capabilities were introduced during the 2.12 lifecycle, as a
new hypervisor parameter. This HVP however, is not removed from the
configuration during downgrades to 2.11 using gnt-cluster upgrade, causing
gnt-cluster verify to complain about unknown parameters.
