After certain Ganeti split-brain failures, an instance might end up running
on the "wrong" node as considered by Ganeti's config.
While it's best not to get into this state at all, Ganeti provides no
mechanism from recovering from it and noting an instance as running on the
right node. The instance cannot be interacted with, or failed over to the
correct state.
Consider an option to gnt-instance migrate that would allow Ganeti to
change only the configuration and succeed.
